Speaking at the inauguration of a new building at Preah Sihamoni Raja Buddhist University on May 30, Prime Minister Hun Sen, announced the construction of a dormitory for students and recruit 28 teachers and contract officials to serve at the Sihamoni Raja Buddhist University.
